Job Description

Provide and take training of HR system. Provide and take update information of Human Resource, Admin Business Operation. Provide sale demo as assigned. Participate in ERP implementation as assigned, Questionnaire, System Design, Testing, Training, and Go Live Support.

Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide and take training of HR system.
    2. Provide and take update information of Human Resource, Admin Business Operation.
    3. Provide sale demo as assigned.
    4. Participate in ERP implementation as assigned, Questionnaire, System Design, Testing, Training, and Go Live Support.
    5. Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like training manual, customer data query, issue logs, UAT scripts and their resolution.
    6. Provide system support as assigned.
    7. Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers and within team member.
    8. Perform other duties as assigned from management.
    9. Code of conduct: must strictly adhere to the company’s code of conduct and as also stipulated in the human resources policies and procedures, taking immediate action to stop and report to management and HR any violations or other misconduct.
