Manage the leave amount of each employee by year, which have the following process as below.

  • General Leave Entitle Generate the leave balance of staff in company by yearly

  • Forward Leave Forward Leave use to forward leave of staff to next year and expire balance to use.

  • Leave Entitled Manage to checking the leave balance of staff

  • Leave Request Leave Request use to request leave by reason such as: sick leave or annual leave

  • Compensatory Leave Use for staff request compensatory claim leave

  • Maternity Late/Early Use for staff after maternity leave

  • Request Late/Early Use to request to come late about few*minute/hours from the normal working hour started and to request to leave early about few*minute/hours before finished normal working hour for all general staff/employee.
